Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

One of my friend is having nose bleeding regularly 2-3 times a day mostly after evening for the last 2 months. She has a problem of headache as well which happens daily. Her weight is 40 kg. In the last couple of months she loose around 4-5 kg. Rest everything is ok. Please suggest what to do. Her parents are very much miser and they don't want to go to the doctor. According to them this is a normal thing . Her parents are very much orthodox. They can't let her go outside. If possible can we consult online.

Why i am having too much sputum from upper throat after having food. all the time throat irritating and cough.. sometimes suddenly below throat Tigger a sensation like burn then lot of sputum produce in throat and feel like i am going to vomit during coughing.. it is happening since 7 month.

During drive into thr well Water enters  through nose up to ear. Getting pain in ear and cant sleep.

Hi DOCTORS.. From last 1 month i am suffering from ear problem...Pain comes and goes in left ear .I consulted ENT surgeon...Bit ear wax was removed... Initially treatment was cefuroxime 500-bd Mountelukast fexofenadie -od Acetylcistine tab-bd Steam inhalation... Ceruklin ear drop.. And one nose drop.. I was continuously having beep sounds.. Than after two weeks i contacted again.. Now he removed some whitish substance from ear..Now he prescribed Amoxyclav 625.. And changed the ear drop and gave another.. But after three weeks still problem persist.. Now I consulted another ent...he told that it's fungal infection... Prescription Levocitrizine, paracetamol650(given for pain following pain caused by wax removal by succion).. And candid ear drop.. Asked me to swallow saliva frequently and to do valsalva.. But after three days still problem persist.. Please guide me what to do.. Mild pain in throat also..(not constant).. I am worried???

Snoring loudly while asleep... . . ... ... ... ... ... ... . . . ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...

I'm 35 yr old and today morning suddenly while talking on the phone on the ear , I was uncomfortable in the ear sensation, put my phone on loudspeaker and used cotton bud inside my left ear. Pulled out to find blood soaked bud with liquid as well as blot clot like mass. Later on blood dried within few mins. It was slightly paining a bit then vanished. Again now at night , it's paining. What is the reason and probable remedy ? Anything serious?

My husband snores very loudly and sometimes there are apnea episodes following sudden gain of breath.

It seems my left ear is blocked. Sometimes pain in left jaw under the ear and when I tap on right of the head, it seems echo or vaccine sound in left ear. What is the problem? Thanks.

After consuming cold beverages this summer, I began to cough. It now regularly generates sputum and irritates my throat. What should I do? I took one strepsil per day but didn't work. I coughed inside, and the summer's heat makes me feel like I'm burning outside.
