Facing hearing loss on both the ear for past 10 years , need to identify whether it's sudden sensorineural hearing loss or conductive hearing loss , and what test need to do , so as to identify the type of hearing loss , I'm facing .

Hi. You first need a physical examination to check if the visible part of the ear canal and ear drum are fine. If these are normal, you would have to do Pure Tone Audiometry and Tympanometry to know the type and cause of hearing loss.
