Hi,
Can a slap/or even if it was hit by a ball (in one side o face) cause damage to both ear drums.

Usually blunt injury to the ear such as slap or fall can cause rupture or perforation of ear drum on that side. It is unlikely to cause. Perforation on both sides as both ears are not interconnected from inside
