Bleeding from my ear last night, slapped
After an heavy slap on my left side of the head near my ear. Had severe pain and started bleeding after sometime and has not stopped till today morning from my ear. Pain has reduced and feeling dizzy in my normal activities

I can understand your concern.
Who slapped you and why?
It most likely has caused a perforated ear drum.
And also damage to the organ of balance which is inside.
Please get it checked out by a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.
Urgently.
Also, this is grevious hurt. So basically you can put a case on the person who did this.
