Tinnitus and Hearing Loss after Slapping
I had tight slap on my ear 3 weeks ago during one of dare task among friends and since then I am feeling whistle, hearing loss upto 50% and sometimes slow vibrations in the affected ear.
Do I need to visit doctor or get it heal naturally for few months. It is impotant to note, there was no pain at all during slap and till now.

There might be a traumatic perforation in the ear drum. Avoid putting any ear drops and visit ENT specialist for confirmation.

May be there is traumatic perforation of eardrum causing hearing loss and tinnitus
