Nose Close but not running
Dear Sir/Madam, It seems when I woke up in the morning I find my nose clogged but it is not running, that is why it seems difficult to take proper and full relaxed breath and due to that it seems my ear is also blocked a very little. One day when I say for meditation and my nose unclogged and I was also able to hear fully then I realized that my nose was always clogged mostly, kindly suggest what is this History: I suffered from Ashtha in childhood, and TB before 2 year now I am fine no other issue but gas sometimes, kindly suggest

If you have asthma you have to be clinically evaluated for  turbinate hypertrophy which can cause nasal block or congestion. Another cause is deviated Nadal septum. Physiological congestion and decongestion  occurs   which you have to know ( nasal cycle).
