Problem occurs after nose piercing
I have raised skin inside my nose after piercing and it firstly bleeds and pains then I applied t bact ointment and it suppress a little bit didn't going fully please advise what should I do

Good afternoon
Looks pyogenic granuloma
Apply tbact ointment and take a course of antibiotics and visit a nearby ENT surgeon for excision biopsy
