Filling dizziness 2nd time
I had tmj on left side since 6years and after that had sinus for 3 years on right and it was not bothering too much since 2years but now on March after I wake up  I had problem on right side in which I feel something inside my right ear, spinning head(vertigo) for countinus 10 days,and numbness in right upper side  of brain near ear but after 10days it was good my main problem start after 4months I have the same problems but now there is vissel sound , started while sleeping the main thing to notice is that both the time the dizziness started after sleep,i had went through audiometry but both are in normal range but still after 7 days I am feeling vision problem walking difficultly and some amount of hearing difficulty , please help me to digones my disease.
