Similar dots all over mouth
Hello on side of the mouth I have these micro dots which is difficult to be seen unless focused properly. These burn but there's no pain nor these change size or shape. Been there since 3 months.
But there's sudden burning for 5 mins and the burning stops and I see a new dot appearing there. It is happening only on left side. Using chlorhexidine helps but after stopping it's use it reappears.
Please suggest.

This seems normal but if you experiencing burning sensation then some micro bisters are breaking and causing micro ulcer and burning.
