Pain near roof of mouth in back of throa
The roof of my mouth, near the back but just before the throat, what I think is called the soft palate, hurts when I swallow and only when I swallow. Resting is fine. but when i swallow and the muscles contract i feel a pain similar to that of a sore throat. Just that part hurts and has for threee days.

You may be having a stuffy nose too and that makes you to be a mouth breather when asleep. This is causing the uvulopharyngitis.
