Roof of mouth is sore for the past few days. I can see a red spot and white patches on the side. Images are attached - should I worry about anything?

The red spot and white patches on your palate could indicate oral thrush or irritation. If the soreness persists beyond a few days or worsens, it’s best to see an ENT. Antifungal rinses and good oral hygiene may help in the meantime.
