Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am unable to speak properly as my voice doesn't come out clearly. My throat feel like full of cough in every 10 mins, my throat becomes hoarse and my voice breaks. Even though I speak loudly and clearly, people are unable to understand me. And i fell less confident while speaking. Is there any solution for my problem?

I am facing throat pain, itching in ear, since 3 months. 15 days back I consulted doctor, she did nose endoscopy and said nasopharyngitis. And also said infection in left nostril. I used antibiotics as well. But my throat problem was not cured. Iam feeling very uncomfortable in my throat. Iam literally worried.could you please look into my problem. Thank you

I had a pressure headache complaint on the left side of head, behind parallel to the top of the left year. from a few days. And a dr. had suggested MRV. My MRV report comment says- No obvious venous thrombosis seen, No significant abnormalities in brain, and  Hypoplastic left transverse and sigmoid sinus noted. I wish to know what it means. as the dr. said everything is normal. I also did an IOP, my eye pressure is a bit on the higher side can the headache be because of the eye? Please suggest
