Hole in eardrum
I found 1hole in my eardrum. My sister capture attached photo from her phone's camera. Can we see eardrum with naked eyes/ mobile phone camera. Please suggest what I neeed to do next. Is hole in eardrum serious issue?

Very correctly seen. It's hole in eardrum. The hole is small in size. The hole is small and dry, there is a chance to repair automatically in 6 months. If still the hole persist and increase in size, need Tympanoplasty.

Nice photo. However it may not be a perforation, but a healed perforation.
