Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I delivered 8 months back but from then I am having recurring cold and fever. It starts with soar throat,then runny nose with fever then blocked nose and then gets reduced. This is happening 15 days once or monthly once. Since breastfeeding unable to take antibiotics just taking dolo how could I improve this condition ?

Dear doctor, I have enlarged papillae on right side of tongue and attached a picture of it. Also, the right tongue edge always has some burning sensation along with some inflammation in right molar and right mucosa. It is there for 2 months. I don't have any habit of tobacco , gutka chewing or drinking/smoking. I had shown to doctor who diagnosed as chronic right tonsillopharyngitis and prescribed clarithromycin for a week but it had no improvement. What could be the reason. The tongue has a constant discomfort in the day. It is not severe in the morning though after later on it progresses.

Hi, My son has adenoid and his nose is 80 percent blocked according to ENT doctor. He get reoccurring cough. Currently I am giving him nebulisation whenever he gets coughing(it lasts for 3-4 hours without nebuliser and gets ok with nebulisation, 3-4 days one daily or 2 in a day. It depends) So i want to know should i also go for his allergy test food and environmental or after 6 I can go for it? Thanks.

What medicine to give for a toddler for soar throat has redness on the tonsils and is refusing food since a week . Giving bland food but no medication started please advise. No fever or cold symptoms only a dry cough persists occasionally.

I have put ciplox in my left ear 2-3 days back but after that I am feeling like something is in my left ear and it's like blocking ear.do know what to do now, please suggest the medication.

Hi , Recently I was suffering from the common cold for about 15-20 days after which the doctor recommended to do a Total IGE Serum test. The report shows a high allergy of 5543.1 while the normal level shows 100 . I am very tense actually. Is this a very serious medical condition ? How do I cure it ? Please help 🙏

Hello doctor, I had a sore throat infection a few days back & was prescribed levoflox 500 OD for 5 day, today was my 5th day of antibiotic but the issue is that my throat seems about fine but every evening at around 6 pm, fever comes up which hovers arnd 99.2 - 99.5 but disappear during night & whole morning stays normal so what am I supposed to do in this case??

I got pain while speaking and got a hoarse voice 2 years back. Doctor told me that I had Contact Ulcer on my Larynx and got treated for it by an ENT doctor, the doctor prescribed Voice Rest and some meds for the Ulcer to heal. In like 4-5 months the pain got less and the ulcer healed, but I had heard that these can come back again. Now since 2 months I started working in a BPO company where I had to talk to customers for like 6-7 hours everyday. For 5-6 days I feel my throat to be heavy and my voice hoarse and strain while I speak again just like before, I have a deep voice so it already takes much of my energy to speak for that long and I am worried as I suspect that if I keep speaking in my job my pain will increase and I have to go through the whole treatment again. Please tell me what to do.
