Will Betahistine for tinnitus make tinnitus bearable, I want to know this, or if there is any other medicine which I can try and help me

My baby is 11month old and planned for ear piercing this week ,can you suggest painless ointment before ear piercing,baby got seizure at 4month ,will ear piercing cause seizure?
