Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello Doctors, I have mild pain below my left ear lymph node, side of throat and minor sensation in left ear something like bit deafness, Am consuming Kamla pasand  more than 3 years, Sometimes it seems OMSF but I have a perfect mouth openening no ulcer no pain no burning but white patches in tongue, I afraid is it like lymph node cancer or what should I do...

Undergone FESS in 2011. Using Flauticasone plus Azelastine nasal spray. Nowadays, suffering from cough all of a sudden with phlegm . Any chance it may be due to sinusitis and course of action please.

I feel very fatigue throughout the day even after getting wake from sleep I feel very sleepy.i feel no hungry but when i press my nose and eyes suddenly i get active i feel better Please help my problem

I have 2 different types of tounge spot on right side of tounge, one is from last 6 months and they doesn't pain, but sometimes I feel little itching. I don't have any habit. Good evening. I have small black dots and spots on right side of tounge. It doesn't pain but it itches and some time I feels that tiny dots are increasing. It is from long time. I don't have any habit. I am attaching my tongue picture. Is it normal or something else.

From past few days I feel like spining and dizeness inside head . This usually happens while I start walking or perform some work like bathing . I consulted all i.e. neurologist  orthopedic and ENT they gave following reasons a) Orthopedic : Degeneration or disk in C5 - C6 , C6-C7 b) Neurologist : Diagnosed Vertigo Syndrome. Didn't recommended MRI . c) ENT : - Conducted hearing test PTA ( 15db Rt Ear , 11 dB Lt Ear) which was fine , plus removed ear wax from right ear which was heavy from few days . Found good amount in right ear . Right now I am talking following medicine 1. Vertin 8mg 2. Stemital 5mg Now I am confused why do I feel spinning while performing anything like walking , bathing and so on . What is the main reason behind this .This is stressing me out . Kindly advise

I'm saranya from tirupati and my age is 34, I'm having allergic rhinitis but frequently I'm getting fishy smell from my nose when I'm having cold. May i know reason and how can I overcome these nose issues. Iam in dilemma that, is this sinus r allergic.Please suggest me docs.
