White patches in throat

I have been facing these white patches in the back of my throat for the last 5 months and from last 1 week I am having white patches on my tonsil but now it's gone but the patches in back of my throat are not going Can you tell me what is the main cause of this infection Is it hiv/aids? The first photo is 1 week before when I was having white patches in my tonsil And the second photo i have taken Today
