  4. White patch on tongue. Is it serious.

I have a small white patch on my tongue for the past 25 days. I don't have pain but sometimes it feels like no taste and bitterness. I have updated pictures of it. Can anyone suggest me what to do ..is it serious..At the moment i am taking multivitamins
