Bumps at the back of tongue
I've been having bumps at the back of tongue since 20 days. Sometimes my ear pain and I feel kinda at the back of my teeth

You seem to be suffering from hypertropied lingual tonsils which can be normal or may be secondary to reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits
