Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello, I want to ask as my son who got cold 15 days back  no fever, started with sneezing and running nose , we gave him montair lc kid , nebulization, steams, he complained for left ear block and headache just above right eye only one point . It been 15 days yesterday also he said a pain above left eye for head we have pain killer , the pain sometimes comes and goes of its own. We are giving nasal spray momentus two times a day. Hope this issue will resolve of its own , can you please advise .

I accidentally swallowed a very small droplet of nosikind nasal drop while using it for nose. I immediately coughed so got some bitter mucous from mouth. Is this a problem?

Hi doctor if i sleep on one side will sleepapnea occurs ?? it's happening since 3 days when i sleep on one side my throat gets chocked and breathing problems and pain from there it comes to chest then i seatdown it still says even the pain it happens everytime suppose i am just lying down normally then also or it's for my nose i don't know

I got viral fever,some moments back I heard everything in bigger sound,even I drive my car,I heard car sound is so bigger and fan sound,tv sound,etc. I also take medicine for fever. Is this side effects or what?

Since feb this year my hearing in left year deteriorating. Checked with many doctors and conduct PTA, typhonometry and MRI cp angle. PTA score 26.6 in left year, MRI normal and typhonometry also normal. See attached report. I had also gone through streroid therapy but after intial improvement again the issue recurred in july, doc did MRI and gave me absolute 3g, aquazade and flocep nasal drop. Can anyone please please help me and let me know if my hearing will be normal again and also suggest what kind of disease i am facing.
