Since afternoon onwards I having pain in my ear When I press tragus getting mild pain and normally sharp pain in ear. Afternoon I put 4 drops of ciplox eardrops after that onwards I am getting pain more and beep sound is coming Can you please help me to out of this sound.

Hi doctor, I am facing my left ear hearing problem.I purchased from online Portronics Cleansify Ear Endoscope Otoscope product and took picture and uploaded here.In my childhood operation was done on this ear only.the attached pic I am seeing that something small metal piece has there  insider. Always feel irritated on throat and a also    I have phlegm in my throat .I am having trouble talking. And I always get cold.

I have been having throat irritation since past few days. I have tried everything- ginger , lemon , honey tea , every hot tea but it has not got better. Can it be a serious throat infection? Due to this I'm not able to eat properly.

I am feeling my left ear is blocked where sometimes I feel I don't get direction of the sound coming to me and my eardrum is sucked inwards in my left ear itself, and also I had a hearing test in which for left ear it showed 20 dB difference, have I lost some hearing capacity and is it reversible without hearing aid?
