Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Last 5 month i have a issue of lightheadness or dizzi sansation when i move my neck or head so many time in routine or rotate quickly than i feel lightheadness or dizzy sansation not all spining and unable to focus on a moveable or running or bouncing things.. I feel dizziness after having a prolonged eye to eye contact conversation with someone. Too much focus or concentration is making me dizzy. all test and brain mri echo ecg reports found normal could this diagnosable??? Or curable???

Observing sore inside lip since 3,4 days, feeling burning at time of food or tea. Would appreciate any remedies.

Hello Doctor, My daughter is 4 years old and she has swelling in lymph nodes in neck and it is painful. She don't have any other symptoms. In TB skin test the result is positive. Are there any blood test available to confirm it as TB. Can you please confirm?

Is there any interaction between levoflox and reswas cough syrup?? I am taking levoflox 500 for an ongoing throat infection but occasionally having a dry cough so I have reswas cough syrup at my disposal, can I take that in night?? Is there any interactions with levoflox?
