I have suffered with eustachian tube dysfunction since 7 months
Symptoms -
Autophony
Mild hearing
One side tooth numbness
Popping and cracking sounds
Stuffing nack and back of head pain
Eye pain some time
Leg pain affected side
Relief when sniffing and head down

You need to undergo nose and ear examination and impedance audiometry as well
It is probable that leg pain isn’t associated with this issue and is a seperate issue all together but we need to rule out sinusitis if you have ear pressure issues and eye pain
