Painfull swallowing
I have pain in the throat , should blade and neck ... wherever i swallow something frequency of the pain increases ... feels like inflamed neck region from inside .. always feels tightness in the neck and throat

In any infection be it viral & bacterial there is local swelling which is responsible for pain in swallowing , the most useful is warm saline gargles n that should be atleast half tsp table salt in 200 ml lukewarm water along with antibiotics n anti-inflammatory with antihistamines as prescribed ,n  absteinance from cold as well as spicy foods
