Hello doctors I have a begnin thyroid nodule for 2 years no symptoms till now should i remove it or will it change into cancer by anyday i am worried help

If it's causing any symptoms pain ,pressure or cosmetically not good , then go for surgery ,
Next Steps
there is always a risk for cancer for any benign thyroid swelling though it's very less  , to rule out its current status  u need to go for FNAC

You need to Fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) and review with report.
