Thyroid nodules
My wife US showed thyroid nodule measuring 3x2.3x2.7cm , but fnac suggested colloid.
Repeat scan now after 6month shows mild interval increase measuring 3.1x2.5x3.4 cm along with few new small colloid nodules in right lobe largest measuring 3.9x3.9mm.
She don't have any discomfort or symptoms. Her TSH also normal.
Is surgery or RFA needed now?
