Tounge discomfort since 1 year
I am tounge discomfort since 1 year 4 month and also 8 month back i had PET CT scan which was normal, attaching my tounge pic last year as well as this year, am not sure its just tounge architecture or its swelling .. attaching two pics one is normal just i take tungue out and other when i move my tounge to upward...

Upload your history properly , what do u mean by discomfort , second thing tobacco use n alcohol consumption , any investigation like biopsy done early , any history of medications
