Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Post op 46days,now problem is my throat fill like salty clear mucus,ear sound clicking too much when swallowing and tightness lower jaw and ear..

I visited a ent surgeon today..he used the endoscopy to see my throat.. he didn't clean that before use.. what should I do now?..any diseases that can be transmitted through this?.. please help me

Having very severe cold and ear block from two days. Voice has changed because of this. Head heaviness. Shortness of breath, have to gasp for air and above all ear block. Steaming causes these symptoms more... what to do...any specific medication for this

I have been observing three white patches on my tongue for 2-3 months now. I am only 20 years old and I have never smoked or taken any form of tobacco or alcohol. It is not painful but burns when I consume spicy food. I searched it on Google and it suggests multiple possibilities including leukoplakia which is linked to cancer. I'm really stressed and can't stop thinking about the worst. Kindly suggest the actual cause. I have started taking B-Colex and orafast(multi-vitamins) 2 days back and also brushing and cleaning my tongue twice a day. (Attaching the picture for reference)
