Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have sore throat and sore mouth (palate and tongue) for the past 2 weeks and I visited nearby Government Hospital, they told me that I have throat infection and gave me a tablets of "Amoxicillin" and "Cetirizine" (both 1-0-1) for 5 days, but I didn't go away after those 5 days. And I have attached my current condition of my mouth pic. Please suggest me any "Syrup" and tablets

Hi I've been having continuous tinnitus in right ear since March 2023 After endoscopy done of nose , found that septum spur towards left and deviated nasal septum and partial concha bullosa and also grade 3 adenoids in the right nostril Doc has advised surgery for removing adenoids and correction of nose bone Will this solve my tinnitus and nasal congestion? My baby(18kg) is having ear pain now can we give 1/4 of dolo 650 tablet as it is very late at night no medical shops are available

I am suffering from throat pain and redness and pain on  left side while swallowing  and my irritation in throat was not increasing or decreasing it remained as where it started and i feel more problem only on left side

Report came as in audiometry test right ear has minimal high frequency sloping hearing loss in right ear and there was no middle ear pathology... My blood test s normal... My immunoglobulin is 600.. If dis allergy is cured my dizziness will get cured..

Yesterday went to hospital with fullness of ear and pain, doc said fungal infection in ear I'm scare of cleaning, then prescribed drops and antibiotoc and pain killer. My ques is.. Is it compulsory to clean my ear?? How many days will it take to cure infection

In my ct scan report mild deviation nasal septum to left and mild polypoidal mucosal thickening is noted bilateral maxillary sinuses right side. Right concha bullosa and left lamellar type of concha bullosa is noted What treatment I need? I have suffering both side
