Difficult breathing through nose

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Plz suggest me how to cure breathing troubles due to sinusitis? I have sinus problem sinxe long never never had any symptoms. But now, weather, changing and lot of smog so symptoms are elevated. ENT doctor said that in my opinion scan, there was a lot of sinus inflammation. I am taking l hist mont, flomist spray and steam still no improvement in breathing issue

If you have taken steroid sprays,and still not recovering,you need to get it operated..these will only increase,and form polyp later on.It is better to get operated ..mouth breathing causes further issues in the future
