Can DNS be treated with Ayurvedic treatment?? I don't want to go for Surgery
I have been suffering from sinusities for about 4 years. Breathing with My left nostril is difficult. Please help sir/ma'am

DNS is a common problem which dont require surgery.
best thing is to do pranayam ,anulom vilom regularly and daily.
avoid cold things.
