Can I take WYSOLONE 5mg in the morning and EBAST 20mg at night on the same day as suggested by ENT Specialist?

From last 2 day I am having fever heavy throat and rust smelling cough Already taken dolo650 but it's of no use...what can I do?

I have lump on right side of my neck. Sometimes it's hurts,sometimes it doesn't. It moves when I swallow my saliva. I have some throat pain. Makes it difficult to swallow. Need to what it is. I went to an ENT, she said it is goitre and suggested some meds. My hormones are normal. So maybe not thyroid. Need to know the measures to reduce the inflammation.

Having very severe cold and ear block from two days. Voice has changed because of this. Head heaviness. Shortness of breath, have to gasp for air and above all ear block. Steaming causes these symptoms more... what to do...any specific medication for this
