Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had seproplasty 4 months back now facing breathing issues , on clearing throat breathing becomes easy,on swallowing mucus goes inside, CT scan septoplasty done a week back,its Normal ,    PFT - also normal according to pulomonologists, i feel this as post nasal discharge what should be done? currently on fluticasone ft for last 15 days and it seems to increase the problem? what should be done?

I have been facing pulsatile tinnitus in my left ear since 6 months. However it is on anf off. Whenever I have cold, I feel it more. I am prone to cold and allergies most if the times. But I am unable to understand the cause of my tinnitus. Consulted 3 ent doctors. All of them saying me to ignore. But since it is recurring, I am unable to ignore and keep me anxious. I got my brain MRI done which is normal. I got PPA and Impedence test which shows reduced temporary hearing loss. And as per the reports it says fluid in middle ear. Kindly suggest how to come out of it.

Hi Doctor, I am hearing ringing noise in my ear. I am having this issue for morethan a year. If the surrounding is noisy I will not feel the sound but it will be still there. When it was silent, I hear it loud and makes me feel uncomfortable. Kindly let me know what should I do to rectify this. Thank you Regards Sunil Anselm Rozario

Hello , i had septoplasty and adenoidectomy  ( no turbinoplasty) 4 months back , but still i am facing difficulty breathing although its normal sometimes , whenever i swallow it feels mucus going inside throat,and on clearing the mucus makes breathing easier, this mucus is causing difficulty in breathing , on physical consultation with a local ent, CT scan was done and everything is normal and recovery is also good,on examination he says my recovery is well , and nasal passage is clear, , he then gave me fluticasone ft spray fir 1 month... please suggest me what should be done i feel this mucus id causing a problem for me as i feel mucus running down throat on swallowing...and on clearing throat breathing feels good , drinking hot water also makes breathing a bit easier. PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT SHOULD BE DONE , should i use STEAM inhalation and ehat other measures should be taken , please guide me through this tough times.

Hello sir/mam ... I had sore throat from 3 month along with neck pain till the right shoulder blade also my voice becomes rough and pain in throat when I speak for some time ... Whenever i eat solid food it creates pain in my throat ... One last thing whatever i eat hot cold normal anything it creates a burning sensation on my tongue as well as in the throat ... I found this swollen lump below my left ear about 3 days back. Its about a 1 cm-2cm, rubbary and moves. It is genrally painless, however if i prove it for too long it gets uncomfortable and painfull. I had throat pain about 3 days back, which is gone now. And my ear piercing often gets little painfull, oozes water and crusty. It is during this time that i often find swollen nodes in neck, which decrease in size later but they are never visible like this one. Is it something serious or just a swollen node I also have gingivitis, and bleeding gums rn. I have ealier had peridontitis.

Today i found this swollen lump about 1.5-2.5 cm in diameter below my left ear. Its not hard to touch, sort of rubbary and it does move when i push against it. It is visible to the eye. Its visible when i bent my neck. I feel its a lymph node... I had a minor throat pain two days back its not there anymore. My left ear piercing is also slightly painfull, Could this be because of that. It could be swollen lymph node? I had a complete Cbc done few days back everything was normal. Along with KFT and RA factor test. I have a high RA and anti ccp. However i am not on rhumatoid artheritis medication because the rhuematologist said i have symptoms. I also had swollen lymph nodes before in the same side before accompanied by my piercing getting slightly painfull, oozing water and crusty.  But it decreased in swelling on its own. I also have gingivitis and a history of peridontitis. Will this go on its own, should i get it checked immidieatly or observe  for a few days and
