When I cough mucus still comes and my throat has ticklish feeling as well. N when I cough at times sound of ghad ghad also comes from chest. I stay in Delhi and pollution here is very high. Got my chest xray n pft done.both came out to be fine. Now I am on anti allergic medication and taking steam. Pls suggest what to do. This happened with everyone in the family. The sound you mention suggests secretions in your respiratory tract. Ideally they should come out and you’ll feel better. Also, your immunity needs to be worked on.
Next Steps
I would advise atleast a video consultation so as to give you detailed explanation for your individual situation.
Health Tips
Avoid anything that irritates your system…eg very hot, spicy and oily foods. Drink plenty of fluids
