Plz have a look at my PNS XRAY.. basically since two days I am having trouble breathing. Shortness of breath and unable to catch the breath. Is there anything wrong with my sinus?

Sinuses can be best seen in CT scan.if u have trouble catching breath..kindly visit a chest specialist.
