My son was getting fever only during night times and runny nose so have attached the xray and report kindly for second opinion what should be done.i am giving him septillin syrup from yesterday.

Good afternoon Runny nose and fever since how many days? This xray shows haziness in the left maxillary sinus Does he mouth breath? Or snore at night ? Any ear complaints? Any nasal bleeding ? Any breathing difficulty
