Hi, Please check attached xray PNS. One doctor said I have sinus other said I have DNS and sinus both and suggested operation May I know do I really need operation

Hi First of all u hav not mentioned the symptoms or problems u r facing Secondly NCCT-PNS should be done to confirm if any kind of surgery is required ( x ray PNS is not the ideal investigation of choice to assess it )
