Plz see my CT PNS SCAN
Since many months i have trouble in breathing through my nose. i cannot take a deep breath. Due to weather change n smog, my breathing problems were concerned and I was advised to undergo CT PNS by a doctor. Can you please review my reports and suggest if there is anything serious which is causing this problem?

Polyps are present in your nose with enlarged turbinate. You might require surgery if medicine doesn't work.

You are having polyps in your nose along with enlarged turbinates with a mild deviated septum. You will require proper nasal endoscopy. You should consult physically for a thorough medical treatment and, if required, surgery also.
