Right nose pain
Two years passed but my ear problem was not resolved, I feel popping in my ear , temporal pain and facial pain , ct scan pns done two time ,nasal endoscopy done , at least 5-6 ent have examined all said nuleragia pain , when I sit in front ac feels breathing issue very minimal, but popping is very worst feeling,

Hi dear Ac is trigger point for u pls avoid it in sitting in front that sometimes block sinuses . Get ur full evaluation done including pta
It might be tinnitus also .

Popping sound could be because of eustachian tube dysfunction.
Impedance audiometry would help you diagnose.

Hello, the popping feeling in your ear may be due to r
Tympanic membrane retraction and eustachian tube dysfunction. You can try valsalva manoeuvre, steam inhalation, levocitrizine tablet at night for 5 to 7 days.
xylometazoline nasal drops 2 drops thrice a day for only 5 days if you do not have any issues of hypertension. Avoid cold food and beverages.
As for you pain you can visit a neurophysician for neuralgia.

Popping sound in ear is mainly due to ET dysfunction, if your ct didn’t show any sinus issues, headache can be related to this, or neuralgia, what else triggers your pain? Like brushing teeth? Clenching teeth? Try to avoid triggering factors.
