Ear pain and nose pain
I am feeling nose middle pain and ear popping, and ear pain when lie down , have consulted ent 5-6 , have done course of antibiotics a lots of time , due to nose pain I feel puffiness or redness in periorbital area , ear popping, no problem in hearing, audiometry and puretone audiometry, After looking CT scan PNS , doctor saying, no serious problem, but I feel popping,

As you are stated pain in nose and pain ear popping due to retracted TM might be you are suffering from rhino-sinusitis which require further evaluation
