I have scalp palpitations behind ear

I have palpitations like scalp jumping or just like we knock a door like feeling in my scalp behind ear and above ear since 9 months after my gall bladder laproscopic in left side since then I have neck pain and left ear pops sometimes I can't sleep on my left side due to palpitations
