Post covid ,have ear pain and shortness of breath and phlem ,and sinusitis, and have heavy palpitations, left arm pain, not able to sleep sudden panic attack,
does sinusitis cause palpitation??? and feel heavy pain in chest plz help me, what to do, echo n ecg or normal still more palpitation whole day and heavy at night
