Your symptoms are partly suggestive of chronic sinusitis and partly of tonsillo-pharyngitis. Both may be occasionally associated with ear pain( referred). However a thorough check up of your nose and throat is necessary to reach a final diagnosis. Kindly do a consult. Meanwhile start Flomist (Fluticasone FT) nasal spray 2 puffs twice a day( to be taken leaning forward in each nostril) for 15days. If there is improvement in your pain with this then continue once a day for another 15days. If not you may stop. Also do Dispirin gargles(1 tab Dispirin in half glass of water) three times a day for the throat pain for 7 days.
Will request you to Check Complete blood count, Calcium and Vitamin D3.
Review with test report.
Many such cases are happening due to Calcium or Vitamin D3 deficiency or Less Haemoglobin.
