Headache for five days
I've been getting headaches, nose blocks, nausea and facial pressure every day for the past five days. I try taking warm showers and steam inhalation, but the effects are temporary and I have to take paracetamol for the pain. Please advise.

It may be due to sinusitis or deviated nasal septum, take antibiotics, antihistamines

If you are getting facial pain and nasal blockage, it may be due to Acute sinusitis.  If nasal blockage is persistent, it may be due deviated nasal septum or mass, please visit physically.

It looks like acute sinusitis. xylomist nose drops 2 drops three times a day for 5 days. Tablet Enzoflam two times a day .
