I am Sirisha age 33.my weight is 48.5. I am looking so thin and pure vegetarian.how I will gain the weight?

I have ALIVE multivitamin Tablets, it's exp date is 14/12/2017. Plz can anyone tell me is it still consumable? Thanks in adv!!

When I eat eggs, I am unable to eat the yellow yolk part of it, as I totally dislike the taste. Please let me know if I am losing on the major nutrition part of an egg by not consuming the yellow part, but just having the egg whites.
