I've been following Keto diet at the discretion of my dietician from last 15 days. Though my bloating has completely gone away, indigestion is taking place. Dark stool is a problem. Should I keep following Keto?

Do not follow keto diets or fad diets. It harms the body and you may develop certain metabolic disorders. Due to high intake of protein, there can be indigestion as the level of fiber intake is very low.
STOP FOLLOWING ASAP. instead follow a balanced and healthy diet.
