Gaining weight continuously
In last 6 months, I gained 8 kg Weight

Married in Jan 2016

I have a thyroid But its under control
There r not many changes in daily routine in this period
Daily routine:
5:30 AM 30 min walk+running
6:00 Cooking
7:45 Leave home for office by having tea(IT-seating job)
9:30 Breakfast Poha/Upma/idli
1:00 Lunch-2chapati+green vegs
4:00 Tea
5:45 Reach home from office then cooking
7:00 Zumba + few exercise 1 hr
9:00 Dinner-Curry Subji+2 Chapati(Mutton/Chikan once in a week, fish once in a month)
11:30 PM Sleep
Twice in a week outside foods(snacks only)
Not much stress.
stomach problem, have to go 4 times in a day for the toilet, Still feels unclear.
Also had sonography for this, But all clear.
Periods are on time.
I kindly request u to suggest a perfect diet plan for me according to my schedule.
Much complicated diet not possible due to strict office policies.
Dad is having high Sugar & BP.
Vitals are also fine as per recent tests.
