Water drinking
I drink 5-6 litres of water every day. I stay in hot weather area and use to do breathing exercises per day for some time. Is this amount of water good? Thank you

Take 3-4 litres water daily and 1-2 litres liquids diet like coconut water or lemonade fresh vegetable soup and dal soup Non veg soup fresh. Fresh fruits juices milk lassi like that. Contact me through practo direct consultation for further information surely help you.
