Hi wanted to know is 7 hours of sleep daily night good to increase testosterone and building muscle mass? Suppose if i sleep 7 hours in weekdays and 8 hours in weekends?

Sleep is very important for recovery and adaptation of muscle fibres. The world's top athletes with a few exceptions sleep 8-10 hrs a day. The nature of your training and your goals also determine the amount of sleep required.
