Over sleeping

I mostly sleep more than required hours of sleep mostly 15 hours feel very lethargy and less alert at work and in studies also not able to calm my mind and body mostly I'm ill only body feel very week and worst during periods how to overcome this

I would suggest that you get your thyroid profile and CBC done. Also pls provide your height n weight.
