10 hours indoor worker
I'm a full time freelancer (age:24) and I mostly work at home on the PC for almost 8 to 10 hours per day. I don't have enough physical work though I sleep 12 hours per day. For the past two days  I've been feeling very tired and sometimes dizzy. Doctor told me that I have hypoglycemia and prescribed some HEALTH syrups. Any recommendations on my food plan or time to sleep?
