Your symptoms of bloating, acidity, heaviness after meals, excessive sleepiness, and chest discomfort are often associated with irregular meal timings, frequent consumption of junk foods, overeating, poor digestion, and sometimes acid reflux. However, if the chest heaviness is persistent, severe, or accompanied by breathlessness, dizziness, or pain radiating to the arm/jaw, please consult a doctor immediately. For now, I would recommend :- ✔️ Avoid fried foods, namkeen, bakery items, sugary drinks, and fast food. ✔️ Eat small, balanced meals every 3–4 hours instead of large meals. ✔️ Chew your food slowly and avoid eating too quickly. ✔️ Include easily digestible foods such as khichdi, dal, curd, vegetables, fruits, and adequate protein. ✔️ Avoid lying down immediately after meals. ✔️ Take a 10–15 minute walk after meals to improve digestion and reduce bloating. ✔️ Drink enough water throughout the day, but avoid excessive water intake during meals. ✔️ Reduce tea, coffee, carbonated drinks, and spicy foods. ✔️ Maintain regular sleep and meal timings.
Health Tips
A detailed assessment of your eating pattern, lifestyle, and medical history would help me identify the exact cause and create a personalized plan for recovery.

Hi, If your stomach stays bloated, heavy, and uncomfortable every single day, your body is not digesting food properly anymore .. it’s struggling with it. This is exactly how chronic gut issues begin slowly. Most people ignore these signs until fatigue, poor metabolism, acidity dependency, and major health issues start showing up.
Next Steps
Book your consultation now and let’s fix the root cause before your body forces you to.
